How does a double chin form, and how can it be broken?

A double chin is an extra layer of fat that is formed below the chin and around the neck. It is also caused by aging. It makes you stressed and affects your physical appearance. Removing the excess fat under the chin and around the neck is done by double chin removal surgery and exercise.

There is no research yet to show that doing exercise is effective for removing double chins. But doing exercise has improved the visual change in the face. There are some exercise are recommended to do for the better visual change.
