Assumptions Don't Protect You Against HIV - Condoms Do
'HIV The Comeback Tour', phase 2, has been launched in the Lothians. The initiative has been launched by several organisations in the Lothians, including Healthy Gay Scotland. 1 in 25 gay and bisexual men in the Lothians is infected with HIV, and many do not know it! It empahises the very real benefits of testing for HIV, and going for regular sexual health checks It also puts across the message that condoms are the best protection we have against HIV. Our Story Scotland - An exhibition on the lives of LGBT people

Connected Scotland - website for gay and bisexual men living with HIV Healthy Gay Scotland and other Scottish HIV services organisations have launched a new resource to support gay and bi men in Scotland living with HIV. Connected Scotland resource comprises a paper based pack given out at the clinics, as well as a comprehensive website. The first website in the world dedicated to gay and bi men living with HIV it includes information for the men as well as information for partners, friends and family. Healthy Gay Scotland led on the develpopment of Changing The Focus, and a follow up is taking part in 2008. This was Scotland's first national conference on Gay and Bisexual Men's Sexual Health and Wellbeing and the presentations from the conference are now available on the 'Changing The Focus Website'
