Coming Out at last!

A lot of people find sexuality confusing. It's OK to feel scared or not to know things. It's also OK to be sure that you fancy other men. However you feel, life is always easier when you have support. Maybe you get all of the support you need from your friends or your family. Or maybe you have been able to meet new people who understand how you feel.

Alternatively, you may feel alone and isolated and find it's difficult to meet other people. If this is the case you can contact your local switchboard, who can put you in touch with others. If you feel confident, you may want to contact the group and offer your services in helping others by volunteering. We all need support sometimes and if you feel isolated there are many people who can help - many of whom have experienced some of the emotions you are going through.

"Coming out meant I could stop lying and be honest. The lying took up so much energy."
